Ruth Proskauer Smith, 102, a reproductive rights advocate, died on Jan. 22, 2010 at her Manhattan home. In 1969 she helped form the first steering committee of the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws. We thank her for all the work done on our behalf.
